Afternoon Shift Supervisor| Transport Operations | Fleet Scheduling Transport & Logistics | Full Time About the Role Our client is seeking a Afternoon Shift Supervisor to run the PM shift on-site in Lidcombe. This role sits within a temperature-controlled FMCG operation, managing the movement of chilled freight across a network of distribution centres and stores. Unlike a typical allocator role, this shift is focused on planning and preparation. You will spend most of your time setting up the next day’s operation so the AM team can execute a clean, structured run. Key Responsibilities Allocations and real-time tracking of fleet Following day planning Monitoring loads up to 40-60 per day Rostering up to 30 drivers Timeslot requests and confirmations Customer relations FMCG / TC Transport experience preferred. Shift Details Hours: 4pm - 2am Days: Monday to Friday About You You are organised, practical, and comfortable making decisions in a busy operational environment. You understand the importance of accuracy, communication, and keeping schedules on track.
