Reporting to a senior corporate services leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance and administration function while ensuring accurate financial reporting, reconciliations and compliance activities are delivered on time. This role combines hands-on financial management with team leadership responsibilities and will suit a proactive finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the finance and administrative support team. Prepare monthly financial reconciliations and budget reports. Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and acquittal reports. Contribute to performance reporting for funding bodies and key stakeholders. Support financial management processes and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate financial records and reporting systems. Assist with ongoing improvements to financial and administrative processes. Provide high-quality financial administration support across the organisation. About You: A degree in Accounting, Business or a related discipline. At least three years' experience in a similar finance position. Previous experience supervising or leading a team. Advanced proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting software. Experience working with financial and business systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Well-developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
