Due to sustained growth across both clinics and upcoming maternity leave within our senior team, Delight Dental Spa is expanding our associate team. Mascot is a well-established clinic with consistent patient flow and strong retention. Pagewood launched in 2025 with strong early demand and consistent booking momentum. It is actively supported by digital marketing campaigns and referral flow between both sites, ensuring steady patient activity across the week. This is not a cold-start associate role. The successful candidate will step into an environment with genuine patient demand and opportunity from day one. Clinical Scope Our patient base expects comprehensive care across restorative dentistry, clear aligner orthodontics, fixed prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry. Many larger treatment plans begin as routine or emergency visits. We practise comprehensive diagnosis and phased treatment planning, and we actively coach associates on identifying clinical opportunity, presenting options appropriately, and scheduling treatment effectively. This model creates strong continuity of care and significant earning potential for clinicians who take initiative. Clinical Expectations To thrive in this role, you should: Be confident in general restorative dentistry and crowns Be capable of performing molar endodontics, with a willingness to continue refining this skill Be comfortable managing multi-unit and same-day dentistry where clinically appropriate Confidently integrate aligner therapy into suitable treatment plans Be motivated to gradually increase efficiency as confidence develops Molar endodontics plays an important role in retaining patients and building continuity of care. Where needed, we are happy to recommend high-quality hands-on CPD to support further development in this area. Associates have flexibility in structuring appointment times appropriately. We provide structured feedback and coaching around efficiency and case flow. As confidence develops, there is clear opportunity to increase earning potential accordingly. We are seeking a clinician who takes initiative to expand their procedural skill set over time and is open to constructive feedback Orthodontic Integration We are a Diamond Invisalign provider with strong patient demand. The successful candidate must have completed (or be committed to completing) a comprehensive orthodontic training program. Confidence discussing aligner therapy, where appropriate, is central to our treatment planning model. Surgical Exposure We host a specialist oral surgeon in-house approximately 1–2 times per month. Associates who demonstrate initiative are encouraged to observe and engage in these sessions to broaden their clinical understanding Mentorship & Environment At Delight Dental Spa, we provide structured onboarding, regular clinical feedback and access to advanced digital systems including CEREC, CBCT, DSLR and integrated surgical/endo units.
