Role Overview As a telehealth GP, you will deliver high-quality consultations via secure remote platforms to a diverse patient population. This contract role offers flexible hours, a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities to contribute to service improvement and clinical governance initiatives. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive telehealth consultations for acute and chronic conditions consistent with current Australian clinical guidelines. Perform virtual patient assessments, develop management plans, and arrange investigations or referrals as required. Document clinical encounters accurately in electronic medical records and maintain high standards of clinical record-keeping. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and allied health professionals, ensuring culturally safe practice. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery.
