About the Role This is your opportunity to work across diverse sectors, including: Work Health & Safety Provide onsite physiotherapy treatment and ergonomic assessments Develop and implement staff wellbeing initiatives Support injury prevention and safe work practices for employees Reablement Therapy Coordination for Older Australians Lead and manage a team of carers, support workers and physiotherapy assistants Oversee high-quality reablement interventions designed to enhance the independence of older Australians Monitor progress and outcomes to ensure the highest standards of care Community Physiotherapy Deliver innovative physiotherapy interventions across multiple funding streams (e.g., NDIS, Home Care Packages, private clients) Create tailored treatment strategies that meet the goals and needs of your clients Work across various settings including home, community, and telehealth Key Responsibilities: Assess and treat clients, providing individualised care plans. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, GPs, Nurses and other team members for a multidisciplinary approach. Document and report using Splose , our industry-leading platform.
