MSS Security is seeking AGSVA-cleared Security Officers for full-time and part-time opportunities across government and high-security environments in Canberra. About the Role Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work across a range of government and high-security sites, performing duties such as: Access control and visitor management Security patrols and incident response Control room operations Monitoring security systems and alarms Asset and infrastructure protection Report writing and incident documentation Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders Maintaining a safe and secure environment for personnel, visitors, and assets What We're Looking For We're looking for security professionals who are: Professional, reliable, and customer-focused Strong communicators who can build positive relationships with stakeholders Able to remain calm and make sound decisions in dynamic environments Committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and inclusive workplace Interested in developing a long-term career within the security industry To be considered, you must have: A current AGSVA Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2, or PV) A current ACT Security Licence (or the ability to obtain one) Excellent communication and report-writing skills Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills Professional presentation and attention to detail The ability to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required Why Join MSS Security?
