THE ROLE This position is responsible for managing strategic relationships within a designated client portfolio, building and executing plans to achieve sales and growth targets. In doing so, this role focuses on broadening SG Fleet's commercial opportunities. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Ensure contractual commitments, service levels, and client expectations are met while proactively resolving issues and driving positive outcomes. Identify growth opportunities and connect clients with the full range of SG Fleet Novated solutions and services. Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Corporate, Vehicle Buying, and Operations to deliver an exceptional client experience. Develop a deep understanding of client needs, providing strategic support and proactive solutions. Lead regular client reviews and structured engagement activities to strengthen partnerships and drive value. Identify and execute opportunities for revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and fee uplift initiatives. Continuously enhance sales and relationship management capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, negotiation, objection handling, and market intelligence. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline Proven experience in account management, business development, or novated leasing/salary packaging Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior corporate stakeholders Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and customer focus Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to understand financial and taxation concepts Highly organised, with the ability to manage priorities and work autonomously Experience using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of the Australian fleet management or salary packaging industry is highly regarded Understanding of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements is advantageous ABOUT YOU Resilient and driven, with the determination to navigate challenges and deliver results throughout the sales cycle Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to achieving outstanding outcomes Strong ability to build trust, rapport, and lasting stakeholder relationships Collaborative and engaging team player with excellent interpersonal skills High levels of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment WHAT'S NEXT?
