Job details $50 per hour penalties $21.94/day travel allowance Immediate start Logan About the Client Our Client is delivering a major community infrastructure project as part of the Waterford West District Park development. This significant Logan City Council project will create one of the largest recreational parks in the region, featuring quality public spaces, walkways, landscaped areas and community facilities. They are seeking an experienced Excavator/Posi Track Operator to join their civil construction team. What you will be doing As an Excavator/Posi Track Operator you will be responsible for the below duties: Operate excavators and posi tracks to complete final trim works Trim subgrades and finished surfaces to required levels and tolerances Excavate and prepare areas for pathways, kerb lines and landscaped areas Complete detailed excavation around existing services and structures Prepare foundations and subgrades for concrete and paving works Backfill, spread and level imported materials Work alongside surveyors, supervisors and site crews to meet project requirements Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain equipment safely What you will need To be successful in this role you will need to have the below: Construction White Card Excavator Ticket (RII) Loader Ticket (RII) Proven experience completing final trim excavation works Experience operating excavators and posi tracks in a civil environment Ability to work from survey set-out marks and site plans Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport Available for an immediate start Whats in it for you $50 per hour plus penalties and daily travel allowance 6 months work on a major civil infrastructure project Opportunity to work with a reputable civil construction contractor APPLY NOW!
