About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Shutdown Scheduler for a role based in Brisbane. This role is offering a Monday to Friday roster. In this role you will Schedule and control long term maintenance requirements and overall management of turnaround formulation, including assisting in planning, execution, and close-up activities for the Operations facilities by adopting industry best practices to achieve high reliability and availability of the facilities while complying to the statutory regulations and meeting Santos business objectives in a safe, environmentally friendly and cost effective manner. Key Responsibilities Include: Schedule to assist in coordinating the overall management of turnaround formulation, planning, execution, and close-up activities for Downstream Operations Facilities to ensure timely completion of activities in all phases. Assist in coordinating and control the formulation activities of plant turnaround in ensuring all works are identified, turnaround date suitably chosen and critical path accurately identified to achieve overall targeted plant availability and reliability while meeting statutory requirement and RBI recommendation. Provide input on plant SD & TA dates and requirement in discussion with Production, LNG Supply Chain and Upstream groups. Prepare Long Term Shutdown (5 years) and Annual Shutdown schedules for approval and relevant parties reference. Schedule the overall execution activities of plant turnaround to ensure all turnaround works completed as per schedule and specification in a safe, environment friendly and cost-effective manner.
