BI / Data Analyst Our client is seeking a skilled BI / Data Analyst to join its growing IT team in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven analyst to play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that influence operational and strategic decision-making. The Role You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions, supporting data-driven decision making across the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop dashboards, automate reporting processes, and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of business data. Key Responsibilities Gather requirements and develop Power BI reports and dashboards Transform and model data to deliver clear, actionable insight Design intuitive, user-friendly dashboards with interactive feature Optimise report performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity Extract and manage data using SQL and other sources (e.g. APIs, Excel) Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide user support and training Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to improve data processes and reporting About You Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, or equivalent practical experience Proven experience in Power BI development and dashboard design Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts, including SSIS and SSAS Experience working with multiple data sources (e.g. SQL, APIs, Excel, Dynamics) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Desirable Power BI certification Experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools Exposure to Power Automate workflows Experience within logistics, supply chain, or transport systems (TMS) Basic Level 1 IT/desktop support experience Why Join?
