A leading, design-driven architecture practice with a national presence is seeking an experienced Bids/Submissions Manager to drive high-quality, strategically positioned proposals across key sectors. This role is central to shaping and delivering winning submissions, working closely with senior leaders to translate pursuit strategy into compelling bid outcomes. You will lead end-to-end tender processes, ensuring consistency, creativity, and commercial alignment across all submissions.
