About the Role As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute and complex conditions. You will work collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, patient-centred care within a busy Emergency Department. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care. Respond effectively in emergency and critical situations. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards. About You To be successful, you will have: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Recent Emergency Department nursing experience. Triage and/or ALS certification (highly regarded). Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
