Key Responsibilities Provide strong clinical leadership and day-to-day support to nursing and care teams. Oversee clinical assessments, documentation, care planning, and compliance requirements. Promote a positive team culture focused on quality care, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support accreditation processes, clinical governance, and quality initiatives. Manage incidents, risk assessments, and clinical escalations effectively. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare providers. Mentor and develop staff through coaching, education, and role modelling best practice. About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience in a Clinical Manager or senior clinical leadership role within aged care. Experience working within a large residential aged care facility will be highly regarded. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Sound clinical knowledge and confidence in decision-making and care planning. Passionate about delivering resident-centred care and driving positive clinical outcomes. Experience with accreditation standards and AN-ACC funding is advantageous but not essential.
