This is a pivotal role shaping how the brand shows up across the country’s most influential retail environments. The Australian subsidiary has a strong retail footprint and ambitious growth plans, supported by a passionate, collaborative and high-performing marketing team. The Role As Trade Marketing Manager, you will own the national retail and trade strategy , ensuring the brand is executed with excellence across all major retail partners — both in-store and online. You will lead the trade marketing calendar, in-store presence, POS strategy and fixture programs across multiple product categories. This role blends strategy and hands-on execution, partnering closely with Sales, Brand, Digital and Product teams to deliver measurable retail growth and consistent brand presentation. You will also lead a Marketing Executive and manage key agency and supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities Trade Strategy & Planning Own the annual trade marketing strategy and calendar Identify key retail windows including launches, seasonal moments and promotional periods Co-own JBP marketing inputs with Sales and retail partners Retailer Campaigns & Activation Lead retailer campaigns across major accounts (e.g. The Good Guys, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, David Jones, Myer, Winning Appliances and so on) Manage catalogues, digital assets and co-op deliverables Ensure in-store activation aligns with sell-in commitments In-Store Excellence & Fixture Strategy Own the fixture and display strategy across the national retail network Define premium fixture standards across top retailers Lead hero displays, window takeovers and seasonal visibility programs Develop national retail execution playbooks for major and small appliances Manage fixture production, logistics and installation Oversee POS, ticketing and in-store signage Conduct quarterly store audits and drive continuous improvement What You Bring 5 years in trade, field or retail marketing within FMCG, consumer electronics or premium appliances Experience leading retailer campaigns across major Australian retail accounts Proven experience managing POS, fixtures, displays and in-store activations end-to-end Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Creative eye for in-store presentation and visual merchandising Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sell-through and campaign data Confident communicator with high attention to detail Why You’ll Love It Work with an iconic, design-led global brand Broad remit across both major and small appliances Collaborative, creative and passionate team culture Genuine career growth opportunities Great work flexibility - 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home How to apply Please apply via the link below and please get in quick as they are looking to interview W/C 22nd and 29th June 2026
