This role would suit someone with a strong consulting background who enjoys taking ownership of projects, collaborating with clients and design teams, and contributing to the delivery of practical, high-quality engineering solutions. The Opportunity Working within a highly experienced structural team, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors, including: Schools and educational facilities Aged care developments Hospitals and healthcare projects Civic and community buildings Industrial facilities Large-scale residential developments Projects typically involve a combination of reinforced concrete and structural steel design, offering excellent variety and technical depth. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: Proven experience as a Structural Engineer within the Victorian or broader Australian consulting market. Strong technical capability in the design of concrete and steel structures. Exposure to a broad range of building projects across multiple sectors. The ability to manage projects from concept through to completion. Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering quality outcomes for clients.
