About the Role Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of a specialised inpatient Mental Health unit. You will oversee staffing, clinical service delivery, operational performance, budgeting, quality improvement initiatives, workforce development, and patient safety outcomes while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. This role requires a strong clinical leader who can balance operational responsibilities with a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.
