We're looking for a compassionate and capable Support Professional to join our team on King Island . Location: Currie area, King Island, Tasmania Employment: Casual Salary Packaging options of up to $15,900 ! Please note: We cannot offer fly in/fly out for this role, so preference is someone that may live on the island (or ability to be available on King Island as needed for our participant/s) About the Role You'll be supporting a high needs participant , providing essential care and assistance to help them live with dignity and independence. Key responsibilities include: Personal Care – respectful and attentive support with daily hygiene and grooming Manual Handling – safe and effective assistance with mobility and transfers Community Engagement – helping the participant stay connected and active What You’ll Need A genuine commitment to person-centred support Unrestricted full Drivers Licence Have, or the ability to obtain - National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check , along with a NDIS Worker Screening Check Please also note : Due to the nature of the work confidentiality is vital.
