Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Responding to enquiries and supporting families throughout the admissions journey Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders Coordinating admissions paperwork, documentation, and processes Supporting a smooth and welcoming transition into care Working closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure resident needs are understood Maintaining accurate records, waitlists, and admissions information Supporting occupancy and resident experience goals Providing a warm, professional, and person-centred approach to every interaction About You You will be someone who: Has experience within residential aged care admissions, administration, customer service, or a similar coordination role Understands the importance of empathy, patience, and clear communication when supporting families Builds rapport easily and enjoys working with people Is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities Has strong attention to detail and understands the importance of accurate documentation Shares a genuine passion for supporting older Australians and delivering positive experiences About E4 People E4 People has been a specialist healthcare recruitment partner for over 14 years.
