Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Machinist to join our high-performing team. What you’ll be doing: Performing machining activities in line with engineering drawings and technical instructions Operating and programming both manual and CNC turning and milling machines Completing job cards, time sheets, and inspection documentation accurately Maintaining detailed records in accordance with the Quality Management System Ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures and safe work practices Identifying and reporting machine faults, equipment issues, and infrastructure concerns Training and mentoring apprentices and shop personnel Assisting with fitting, maintenance, and general workshop duties as needed Maintaining, organizing, and caring for gauges and precision measuring equipment Collaborating with the operations team to support business growth and diversification initiatives Participating in ongoing training and upskilling opportunities Working flexible shifts to meet operational requirements Safety & Compliance: Upholding workplace health and safety standards at all times Reporting hazards or conflicts between operational procedures and safety mandates Complying with all company policies, including integrity and professional conduct Taking responsibility for personal safety and that of your team
