Job Description Reporting to the Program Leader – Counselling, the Lecturer is responsible for contributing to the delivery of the counselling higher education courses; and development, teaching and assessment of subjects in the counselling higher education courses. Key Responsibilities : Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials and practical teaching sessions, while providing high-quality academic support to students across face-to-face and online environments. Develop and maintain subject materials, assessments, marking rubrics and learning resources, ensuring alignment with curriculum, accreditation and quality standards. Coordinate and support student placements, including liaising with placement providers, monitoring student progress and ensuring placement requirements are met. Assess and moderate student work, identify and support students at risk, and maintain accurate records through the learning management system. Contribute to continuous improvement through subject review, academic governance, compliance activities, scholarship and ongoing professional development.
