Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full Time Baker. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of baked goods, ensuring top quality and consistency. This role also involves ingredient preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and adhering to food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, mix, and measure ingredients for dough and batters. Operate baking equipment and monitor the baking process. Knead, shape, and cut dough for bread loaves and rolls. Adjust recipes, baking times, and temperatures as needed. Apply glazes, toppings, and fillings to baked goods. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure ingredient freshness. Inspect finished products for quality control. Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of professional baking experience. Minimum Certificate III in relevant field Proficiency in various baking techniques and familiarity with a range of ingredients. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality products. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
