Your new day to day: Conduct quality, hygiene and product inspections across processing, packing and dispatch areas. Monitor GMP, GHP, food safety and quality standards on the floor, including CCP and QCP checks. Maintain clear and accurate QA records to support audits and regulatory compliance. Identify non‑conformances and support effective corrective and preventive actions. Assist with internal and external audits, product verification and microbiological testing. Provide practical QA guidance and training to supervisors and production teams. Champion continuous improvement and help build a strong food safety and quality culture onsite.
