You'll be the face of the business, leading by example and driving store performance through exceptional customer experiences. The successful leader will spend the majority of their time on the floor, building relationships, creating loyal customers and inspiring their team to achieve strong results. Your Day Will Include: Driving sales performance and exceeding targets Leading from the front with exceptional customer service Building long-term customer relationships and repeat business Coaching and motivating a small team to deliver results Creating a positive and engaging store culture Delivering personalised styling and product recommendations Maintaining premium visual presentation standards Working closely with senior leadership to grow the business About You We're less concerned about finding a retail operations expert. We're looking for someone who knows how to sell, connect and inspire . You might currently be: A Store Manager who loves the sales side more than the paperwork An Assistant Store Manager ready to step up A Senior Sales Consultant or Sales Manager with a strong personal sales record A leader from fashion, lifestyle, beauty, jewellery, footwear or premium retail You'll Bring: A proven ability to drive sales and influence results Confidence building rapport with customers of all ages A genuine passion for helping women look and feel their best Strong leadership presence and positive energy The ability to coach others through example A commercial mindset and love of achieving goals Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets This Role Would Suit Someone Who Enjoys creating loyal customers.
