This diverse role supports the Sales and Marketing Directors through end-to-end transaction processing, CRM optimization, and legal contract coordination to drive seamless customer experiences. The Opportunity Join a dynamic team where you will be the linchpin connecting sales, marketing, and legal stakeholders. We need a proactive, organized administrator to streamline processes and ensure flawless execution from the first inquiry to final property settlement. Key Responsibilities Sales Operations: Provide end-to-end support throughout the sales lifecycle (pre-sale to settlement) and maintain real-time property inventory systems. CRM & Data Management: Oversee CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure data integrity, generate performance dashboards, and drive automation. Marketing & Campaigns: Coordinate logistics for integrated campaigns (digital, print, events) and track post-campaign effectiveness. Customer Experience (CX): Act as the Head Office liaison, supporting customer communications and continuous CX improvements. Legal & Contract Coordination: Assist with contract preparation, liaise with external legal stakeholders, and ensure full compliance. About You Strong working knowledge of property sales processes, contracts, and negotiations. Advanced proficiency in CRM systems with a focus on optimization and reporting.
