EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Tertiary educated, ideally in Marketing, Business or Events Roughly 5 - 10 years of relevant Marketing and Brand Management experience, previously working at a Brand Manager level (a background in beverages is strongly preferred) Strong leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has exceptional project management skills. Experienced in leading the implementation of process/structure to optimise output Creative thinker and innovator, having led a program from ideation to execution Expert communication and presentation skills, able to influence a room, and manage multiple competing priorities Proven Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills are needed Travel 10-20%
