Help protect and manage Aboriginal cultural heritage in North East Victoria Work in partnership with Traditional Owners to support self-determination Join a culturally safe, purpose-driven and supportive team About the role As an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Officer, you'll support the protection and management of Aboriginal cultural heritage across Parks Victoria's estate. Working within the Aboriginal Engagement and Partnerships Division, you'll contribute to the delivery of cultural heritage programs including site assessments, compliance support, and reporting. You'll play an important role in building strong, respectful relationships with Traditional Owners, Registered Aboriginal Parties and communities, supporting culturally appropriate approaches to land and heritage management. Based in Wangaratta with flexible arrangements, you'll be part of a team focused on cultural safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.
