Job Description Your Opportunity As a Scrum Master, you'll facilitate and champion Agile and Lean practices across a cross-functional squad, helping teams deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with Product Owners, engineers and business stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability. You'll also make an impact by: Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives Manage the delivery, set expectations and influence engineers Coaching teams and Product Owners to effectively apply Scrum principles, Agile practices and backlog management techniques Driving continuous improvement initiatives using team metrics, insights and root cause analysis Removing impediments and protecting squads from distractions that impact delivery outcomes Promoting transparency, collaboration and shared accountability across squads and stakeholders Supporting release and incident management activities where required Contributing to the Scrum Master Community of Practice and broader Agile capability across Cuscal
