Job Description We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join our AAA Tamworth team, supporting OT clinicians and participants across the region. In this role you will: Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes Provide 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career OTs, alongside operational support. Manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings. Assessing participants with complex emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical needs Using clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals Supporting team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance What's in it for you?
