Our Seaford & Rosebud workshop team is looking for a detail orientated Workshop Administrator to support their day to day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly. The Opportunity Reporting to the Regional Workshop Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting workshop operations through accurate data management, invoicing, purchasing and general administration. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities Maintaining workshop databases and administration systems Raising, processing and closing purchase orders Managing work orders and invoicing processes Providing administrative support to workshop teams across both depots Preparing, scanning, filing and maintaining documentation and records Liaising with workshop staff, suppliers and internal stakeholders Assisting with stocktakes, roster administration and scheduling Supporting day-to-day office coordination and general depot administration Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous administration experience, ideally within a workshop, maintenance, transport or operational environment Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills A strong customer service focus and a collaborative approach The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work autonomously Outstanding organisational and time-management skills Flexibility to support both the Seaford and Rosebud workshop teams Working Hours Preferred hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm Flexible commencement time available up to 7:30am Why Join Ventura?
