National presence, tight-knit team, fast-moving culture The Role The Growth & Opportunity specialist will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — engaging warm leads from campaigns, events and digital activity, conducting qualification conversations, and handing over opportunities to the sales team with enough context that they can hit the ground running. You'll also proactively work through a large existing database of untapped prospects, identify trends from your conversations and feed insights back to the marketing team. It's a role with real breadth that will evolve significantly with the right person. What you'll be doing Engaging and qualifying warm inbound leads across multiple channels Proactively nurturing opportunities within an existing prospect database Building rapport with medical professionals and understanding their needs Handing over qualified leads to sales consultants with clear, detailed notes Capturing feedback and behavioural trends and reporting back to marketing Maintaining accurate CRM records across Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot What we're looking for Financial services or medical industry experience is a bonus — not a requirement. Solid experience in a client-facing or phone-based role — call centre, client success, healthcare admin, recruitment or inside sales Knows how to keep someone engaged, ask the right questions and actually listen Curious, commercially minded and self-directed Strong CRM discipline and genuinely organised Motivated by the quality of the conversation as opposed to hunting sales.
