We're partnering with a leading global technology organisation to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join their high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment operations while ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates across the APAC region. Coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, including phone screens, technical interviews, assessments, panel interviews, and debrief meetings. Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering an exceptional end-to-end recruitment experience. Preparing offer documentation and supporting candidates through to the offer stage. Building strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and senior stakeholders. Managing complex scheduling and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance operational efficiency. Leveraging AI tools and technology to streamline workflows and improve the candidate experience. Providing operational and administrative support to the wider Talent Acquisition team. About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, executive support, operations, team administration, or a similar highly organised coordination role. Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with candidates and senior stakeholders. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Experience using Greenhouse or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS), along with interview scheduling platforms. An interest in AI, automation, and finding smarter ways of working.
