Property maintenance Regular contact with landlords Facilitating landlord statements Creditor payments What You'll Bring: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Licensed Property Manager Exceptional customer service Previous exposure within real estate industry essential with a current SA License in Property Management Excellent written & verbal communication skills Professional presentation and grooming Consistent attention to detail Exceptional time management skills Must have a full Drivers’ Licence and reliable vehicle is essential.
