The Opportunity Working across a diverse range of front-end Banking & Finance matters, you'll advise major Australian banks, international lenders and corporate borrowers on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions. Your work will include: Corporate lending transactions. Property and construction finance. Agribusiness finance. Trade finance. General corporate funding. Drafting, negotiating and settling finance documentation. Due diligence, security arrangements and transaction structuring. Direct client contact with banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers.
