You’ll step into a live 100 apartment project with proper guidance and hands-on exposure. It’s a great fit for a junior already in resi who wants more responsibility and a clearer path forward. Key Responsibilities: Assist with subcontractor letting and package administration Support variations, progress claims and cost control Prepare RFQs and review trade submissions Keep project records up to date across Cheops and site platforms Work closely with the commercial and delivery team on day-to-day project matters Skills & Experience 1–3 years in a CA or Junior CA role within construction Exposure to mid-rise or high-rise residential projects in Sydney Working knowledge of Cheops; Procore, Aconex or Jobpac well regarded Able to read drawings, scopes and subcontractor quotes Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with high standards Why You’ll Love This Role: This is the kind of team where junior people are brought in properly, not left to sink or swim.
