About the Role We’re on the lookout for friendly, proactive, and adaptable Medical Receptionists to join our team—offering full-time opportunities across multiple clinics in the region. You’ll support patients and clinical teams through your organisation, empathy and attention to detail. ☀️ A Day in the Life at SCR: Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism Managing bookings, phones and patient enquiries Processing accounts and billing (Medicare, private health, etc.) Supporting our clinical teams daily Handling confidential medical information with care Liaising with referrers, doctors and patients about appointments/results Attending training and team meetings ♀️ About You You’re calm, positive and love helping people in a busy healthcare environment.
