About the Role: Support end-to-end payroll processing activities Ensure payroll compliance with awards, legislation and statutory obligations Lead payroll validation and audit activities Lead and support the implementation of a new payroll and HR system Provide payroll subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle Manage payroll system configuration and ensure legislative compliance Act as a key escalation point for payroll and HR systems issues during transition Skills and Experience Proven experience leading payroll system implementations or upgrades Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge and understanding of payroll legislation Experience working with large HRIS/payroll platforms Strong experience in payroll testing, data migration and system integration Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills High attention to detail and analytical capability A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills If this role sounds like you, then please APPLY NOW!
