The business works with major clients across mission-critical infrastructure, data centres, defence, health, energy, and industrial manufacturing environments. The company has grown strongly in recent years, increasing its project values, technical capability, internal headcount, and the scale of work it is delivering. The Job: A solution-focused, customer-facing role managing major client relationships, primarily across NSW and VIC. You will be looking after and building long-term relationships with major clients, staying close to future project opportunities. The role would suit a commercially sharp Account Manager with experience supporting tender and pre-construction activities, contract management, and cost management. You will support tender and pre-construction strategies, revenue growth, procurement, and risk management. The role will involve strategic planning, lead generation, growing sales, keeping tenders and proposals moving, spotting extra work, protecting margin, chasing internal teams, and making sure won projects are handed over properly. Act as a key commercial point of contact between clients, internal teams, engineering, procurement, and finance. About You: Degree qualified in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering. Around 15 years of experience across technical project sales, client-side project support, business development, commercial management, project management, or major account management. Strong background managing major infrastructure, industrial, engineering, data centre, defence, health, utilities, or mission-critical project clients. Proven experience across tender strategy, pre-construction, commercial management, contract management, cost management, procurement, and risk.
