Key Strategic Opportunity in th P&C team Continue to build the learning framework Generous employee benefits and hybrid working About the role This position is responsible for designing and delivering integrated learning, employee engagement, and internal communications strategies that build organisational capability, strengthen culture, and support strategic priorities across the Group. The role ensures alignment between learning, communication, and engagement initiatives to enhance performance, drive cultural alignment, and improve employee experience across the organisation. Tasks and responsibilities Develop and implement learning and capability strategies, including leadership development, manager capability, core skills training, and career pathways aligned to organisational priorities Lead organisation wide employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, insights, action planning, and the embedding of engagement and wellbeing strategies across business units Design and execute internal communications strategies, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective delivery of organisational updates, change communications, and employee campaigns Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic advice on learning, engagement, communication, and organisational change initiatives Manage learning platforms, internal communication channels, external vendors, budgets, and ensure effective delivery of digital and face-to-face programs Support and drive cultural initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, mentoring, coaching, and broader organisational engagement activities Monitor program effectiveness, ensure governance and compliance, and lead continuous improvement through data, feedback, and innovative practices Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development,Organisational Psychology, Communications, or related field. Skills and experience Proven experience leading learning, engagement, and/or internal communications functions Previous people management experience Strong understanding of adult learning principles, organisational development, and employee experience Ability to translate business strategy into people and communication initiatives Demonstrated experience designing and delivering large-scale programs across diverse workforces Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in the same or similar role with familiarity in administrating LMS Proven track record of designing, implementing and facilitating successful training programmes Experience in designing, creating and facilitating e-learning training and assessment programmes Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills Desirable Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives Who we are We are a financial services company that specializes in fleet management, vehicle leasing and salary packaging, with a presence across Australia, the UK and NZ.
