Client Services Officer Full time position, Monday to Friday. Shifts between 8am – 7pm AEST. Flexible arrangements, including part-time options, are available for the right candidate. Join Sureway's National Contact Centre team where you'll manage inbound enquiries and provide professional support to callers nationwide. Located in our Wagga Head Office, you will be provided with comprehensive training and development amongst a supportive team. In this dynamic role, you'll handle diverse queries, coordinate services, and assist Sureway colleagues across our metro and regional offices in NSW, Victoria, ACT, SA, Qld & WA. The work is high paced and KPI driven yet rewarding.
