We're seeking an experienced Project Administrator / Site Administrator to join a major Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of critical renewable energy infrastructure as part of Australia's energy transition. Working closely with the Project Team, you'll be the onsite administrative backbone of the project, supporting day-to-day operations, documentation, reporting, and cost tracking activities. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end project and site administration support Manage project documentation, correspondence, and filing systems Maintain project records and assist with reporting requirements Support onboarding, inductions, and site compliance processes Coordinate meetings, minutes, travel, and general administration Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and project cost tracking Support project controls activities and monitor project spend Maintain data integrity across project management systems Liaise with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers About You Previous experience in a Project Administrator , Site Administrator , or similar project support role Background supporting construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, or renewable energy projects Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Exposure to project cost controls, budget tracking, or project spend reporting High attention to detail and strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced site-based environment Desirable Experience Experience working on renewable energy projects, particularly BESS, solar, wind, transmission, or utilities projects Proficiency with Procore and Lucidity Experience supporting project delivery teams on large-scale construction projects What's on Offer Opportunity to contribute to a landmark renewable energy project Long-term contract with an estimated 18-month duration Collaborative and supportive project team Exposure to a rapidly growing sector driving Australia's clean energy future If you're a proactive and adaptable Project Administrator looking for your next opportunity in the renewable energy sector, please apply directly.
