We are seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Windsor, NSW. Our Clinician Care Model A full-time clinical workload at The Daisy Clinic is intentionally structured as 38 hours per week, comprising: 25 hours face-to-face clinical work 10 hours administration 3 hours dedicated to the 3R's The 3R's are the cornerstones of our clinician care model, reflecting how we support our team to do meaningful, sustainable work: Reflection – case review, collaboration, peer consultation, and supervision Refinement – professional development, supervision, and skill development Renewal – protected time supporting wellbeing, boundaries, and the right to disconnect These hours are protected and intentional, recognising that excellent care requires thinking time, learning time, and rest. Clinic Hours & Shift Structure We operate a structured two-shift model to support balance and predictability. Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 am – 8:00 pm | Friday & Saturday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm Shift options: Morning: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm Afternoon / evening: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm Each shift includes 5 hours of face-to-face service delivery (5 clients). Clinicians work a mix of shifts across the week, aligned with preferences, while maintaining a 25-hour face-to-face allocation.
