About the job Physiotherapist – Sports & MSK | Athletic Soul Rehab | Fitzroy & Clifton Hill | Part-Time | Sub-Contractor Athletic Soul Rehab is growing, and we're looking for our next physiotherapist to join the team from mid-July 2026. This role is part of the expansion of Athletic Soul Rehab into our new Clifton Hill branch, with the successful applicant working across both our Fitzroy and Clifton Hill locations. Our new branch is an exciting opportunity to be working amongst the most active sporting population in the northern suburbs. While you'll be comfortable working independently, you'll always have support from colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating and helping with difficult or complex presentations. The Role - Subcontractor position with attractive earning potential and flexible working arrangements - Initially part-time, 3–4 days per week - Full-time work available from September for the right applicant if desired - Flexible working hours, to be agreed upon collaboratively - Availability for before and after-school appointment times is important as the clinic grows - Saturday work twice per month initially preferred to help build the clinic (reviewed after 6 months, consideration for other peak time hours) - Role commencing mid-July 2026 - Interviews to be held throughout late May and June About You We are looking for someone who: - Has at least 3 years of MSK physiotherapy experience (essential, more prefered) - Has a strong interest in sports and active populations - Is comfortable treating juniors (6 years), adults and elderly patients alike - Has excellent people skills, communication and rapport-building ability - Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning, critical thinking and confidence - Is highly motivated and eager to continue learning - Values ongoing CPD and professional development - Is a team player who contributes positively to clinic culture - Is comfortable working autonomously while also reaching out for support when needed What We Offer - Expected earnings approximately $100–$130 per hour depending on experience and caseload management - Split structure to be agreed upon individually and reviewed yearly/performance-based - Genuine career growth opportunities as the clinic expands - Supportive, collaborative team environment - Strong referral networks and growing community presence - Opportunity to help shape the future direction of the clinic The physios within our clinic genuinely care about the outcomes we achieve with our patients.
