About Us Our clinics are GP-owned and operated in purpose-built medical centres. Our Opportunities We are looking to grow our highly valued nurse team and are looking for someone to work in our clinics based in the South East Suburbs (& very occasionally at one of our clinics in the Eastern suburbs). • Full time or part time employment will be considered. • Rostered shifts range between the hours of 8am-6pm. • Experienced GP nurses or those passionate about moving into a career in primary care are encouraged to apply. You will be supported to develop your skills & become a valued member of our team. The Role Tasks will focus around CDM and Health Assessment and treatment room general nursing duties working closely with our GP's, including: Wound care management, dressing changes, assisting with procedures, assisting with IUD procedures etc. Triage & patient monitoring (e.g. vital signs, ECG's) Participate in patient care planning, health assessments & education Immunisations (adult & paediatric) Procedures (e.g. iron infusion cannulation/observation, ear syringing) Maintaining accurate & comprehensive medical records Patient education, support and building links to the community Sterilisation of instruments and infection control measures Contributing process to maintain practice accreditation Stock maintenance and ordering and other minor reception duties Cold chain management Recalls & reminders Required Knowledge and Experience The successful applicant will have: Current AHPRA Registration Willingness to learn and develop new skills Able to provide quality patient care to people with complex needs Able to work autonomously & as part of a team, with the skills to prioritise workloads and complete all tasks in a busy environment Experience with Best Practice (desirable but not essential) Valid Australian work authorisation with no restrictions is required for this position Current Driver's licence and own car A Career With Us We value our people, recognising well-being as a priority.
