What You'll Be Doing Deliver paediatric speech pathology services across clinic and community settings Work with children with speech, language, and communication differences Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals Participate in supervision, mentoring, and reflective practice Continue developing clinical reasoning and confidence (Mid-career and senior clinicians will have opportunities for increased autonomy, leadership, and mentoring.)
