About the role: We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join us in this crucial role to provide tailored exercise, rehabilitation and physical support to individuals at any stage of cancer, from diagnosis through treatment and recovery. As the Senior Oncology Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for: Delivering high-quality physiotherapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and/or community settings Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care and discharge planning Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and activity reporting Supporting and mentoring other Allied Health Professionals, Allied Health Assistants, and students Participating in professional development, quality improvement, and service development activities Develop, demonstrate and lead cultural competence and a commitment to improve the health outcomes of Aboriginal people Our ideal candidate will demonstrate: A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA Advanced clinical skills and experience within the relevant specialty area, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice Experience contributing to service improvement initiatives, including the development of policies, procedures, education, and staff training Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills, along with confidence using technology and telehealth services Proven leadership capabilities, including experience supervising and mentoring staff and students A current Class C Driver Licence and willingness to travel as required for the role More Information: Click here for the Position Description
