Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Physiotherapist located at our Nowra clinic. The Physiotherapist will provide personalized assessments and treatment plans for a variety of patients, ensuring high-quality care and rehabilitation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, delivering evidence-based therapy, tracking patient progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to a positive clinic environment. The role requires strong communication and the ability to adapt to diverse patient needs. There will be an expectation to partake in some weekend working commitments to fulfill our sporting contracts. Qualifications Experience in patient assessment, rehabilitation, and evidence-based therapy Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and team members Ability to develop tailored treatment plans and monitor patient progression Commitment to maintaining professional knowledge and participating in ongoing training Enthusiastic, adaptable, and team-oriented with a dedication to high-quality patient care Current physiotherapy registration and accreditation in Australia Experience in sports or musculoskeletal physiotherapy is a plus
