Dental Esthetique is seeking an experienced Senior Dentist to join our growing, high-performing practice in a full-time position with a dedicated treatment room. This is a new growth role offering 5 days per week with a dedicated treatment room. We provide a full range of dentistry to our patients including: General and family dentistry Restorative dentistry Cosmetic dentistry Extensive crown and bridge work Implant surgery & restorative treatments Invisalign and early intervention orthodontics (incl. fixed braces) Same day crown/inlay services Splints, 3D sleep apnoea, snoring & bruxism treatments & injections Dedicated chairside sedation, pre-booked throughout the year for patient convenience This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys high-quality comprehensive dentistry and wants access to advanced equipment, a strong support clinical and administration team, along with motivated patients. We maintain strict equipment and chair servicing schedules, supported by high-quality materials and trusted suppliers. We are seeking a dentist who is: Highly experienced (ideally 10 years) Committed to high-quality dentistry and ethical patient care Interested in a long-term role and building a strong patient base Confident in treatment planning and case presentation Professional, collaborative, and patient-focused Has permanent residency status in Australia & holds a current AHPRA registration We are also open to applicants with fewer years of experience who demonstrate: Strong additional training Advanced clinical interests Demonstrated capability and casework Dentists with special interests are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly in orthodontics, implant dentistry, and crown & bridge / restorative dentistry This is a full-time role, with 5 days available and dedicated treatment room. The practice is open Monday–Friday, Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm. Dentists generally work one or more Saturdays per month We are happy to explore staggered start options, including part-time transitioning into full-time, or a full-time commencement from the beginning. We are also open to mutually delaying the start date. Practitioners are engaged under a Facility Services Agreement (FSA) at 40% service fee (excluding lab fees), supported by strong patient demand, high case acceptance, and efficient systems. We also offer a unique and highly beneficial structure in the way we operate our FSA model, which will be discussed in further detail with shortlisted candidates.
