About the job We'll be honest with you from the first line. Most job ads promise a "supportive environment" and "career growth opportunities." Then you start, and it's a full caseload, a confusing admin system, and a supervisor you see twice a year. We're not doing that. Medisense AU is an allied health NDIS and Aged Care provider operating across South East Queensland and we're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team on the southside of Brisbane, covering Logan and Ipswich. Here's what this role actually looks like: What Your Day Looks Like You'll carry a community-based caseload across Logan and Ipswich — supporting NDIS participants and paediatric clients with communication, language, voice, and swallowing needs. You'll complete assessments, deliver intervention, write reports, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that actually communicates. You choose how your week is structured. We built the systems around your workflow — not the other way around. What Medisense AU Offers (the real list) → Flexible hours - you choose your schedule, full-time or part-time → Hybrid model - community visits work from home → Structured clinical supervision - built into your week, not bolted on after the fact → No productivity KPIs - your value isn't measured in billable hours → Admin and operational support so you spend your time on clients, not paperwork → Genuine career progression as we grow across SEQ → Annual CPD support and professional development investment → A leadership team you can actually reach Who We're Looking For → Degree in Speech Pathology (required) → Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (required) → NDIS and/or paediatric experience (desirable - new grads genuinely welcome) → Valid Queensland driver's licence and own vehicle (required - community-based role) → Right to work in Australia (required) → Someone who gives a damn about their clients and wants a workplace that gives a damn about them
