Key Responsibilities: Perform Health Assessments and assist with patient care. Administer vaccinations and immunisations . Oversee the management of vaccines and ensure compliance with Cold Chain Management protocols. Conduct ECG , Spirometry , and Ear Syringing . Provide Wound Care and Dressings . Assist with minor procedures and Support doctors in daily practice operations. Perform sterilisation of medical instruments and maintain stock control. Coordinate the recall and reminder system for patient follow-ups. Manage paperwork related to Chronic Disease Management and Care Plan Reviews . Oversee the coordination and maintenance of the treatment room . Maintain accurate records in PRODA , Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) Online , and the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) . Key Competencies & Skills: Strong General Practice nursing skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy clinical environment. Experience with health assessments, chronic disease management support, vaccinations, wound care, ECGs, recalls, and treatment room procedures. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, workflows, and processes. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ensures compliance with Australian healthcare regulations, reporting requirements, infection control standards, and clinic policies. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Patient-centred approach with warmth, empathy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering quality care. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. High standards of professionalism, accountability, honesty, and reliability. Positive attitude toward feedback with the ability to learn, grow, and implement change constructively. Flexibility to work morning and/or evening shifts according to roster requirements. Mandatory Requirements: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident . Victorian Driver's License . Current AHPRA Registration . Valid CPR and First Aid Certificate . Current National Police Check .
