Our small, close-knit team takes genuine care in everything we do, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Dental Assistant to join us. About the role This is a senior chairside position supporting our providers across a broad scope of general and cosmetic dentistry. You'll be a key part of our clinical team and play an active role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. We are flexible on hours and can offer 4 or 5 days per week (full-time or part-time) for the right candidate. What you'll be doing Providing skilled four-handed chairside assistance across general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures Supporting Invisalign workflows, including reviews, attachment placement and removal, and IPR Assisting with fixed orthodontic appliances (bracket bonding, archwire changes, adjustments, debonds) Performing iTero intraoral scans for Invisalign, restorative, and records cases Sterilisation and infection control in line with current ADA/NHMRC guidelines Patient handover and front-of-house support as needed Maintaining accurate clinical records in Dentally/Heidi What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience as a dental assistant in a general or cosmetic practice Confidence with Invisalign and fixed orthodontic workflows Hands-on iTero scanning experience Dentally practice management software experience highly regarded Cert III or Cert IV in Dental Assisting (or working towards) preferred Strong infection control knowledge and a meticulous approach to sterilisation Warm, professional manner with excellent communication skills A team player who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys patient care What we offer A modern, beautifully designed practice with current technology (iTero, digital radiography, Dentally) A supportive, collaborative team culture where your contribution is valued Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience Please do not apply if you have no experience.
